New Braunfels Orthodontic Associates has been with OrthoBanc since August 2004. Our parents and adult patients have been very receptive to the auto monthly draft payment option. Our office’s delinquent accounts are minimal and it is nice that the parents and adult patients are held accountable to someone other than just the practice. It has made the past 6 years as Financial Coordinator less stressful than I can express. The OrthoBanc program is very easy to use, very accessible and easy to navigate. OrthoBanc Customer Service is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend every Orthodontic practice to have OrthoBanc as a payment option.
